Prior to establishing Glacier, Alex managed and developed real estate projects nationwide with Menard, Inc., gaining extensive experience across multiple markets and asset types. This national perspective which includes 15 states across the Midwest, combined with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, enables him to provide clients with strategic, data-driven guidance and measurable results.
